The independent luxury residence "Margarites" is located on the third and last level. It has an internal surface area of ​​45m² and consists of a single kitchen and living room area while the bedroom is subtly separated by a hand-carved and painted wall. The residence can accommodate up to three adults or two adults and two children, as in addition to the double bed, it has a sofa bed that forms into a semi-double comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and provides all necessary cooking and electrical utensils. The apartment is dominated by earthy natural shades. The main feature of the residence is the semi-circular stone staircase in the surrounding area, the hand-painted wooden ceiling, the iron bed and the porcelain wood-burning stove.
